An outdoor logo mat has two jobs at a commercial door: it scrapes dirt and water off shoes before they reach the floor inside, and it puts your logo in front of every visitor. Ours is built from a dense nylon pile that takes a full-colour print, bonded to a heavy 2000gsm rubber backing that keeps the mat flat and stops it sliding.
We make it in five constructions. For exposed street entrances and the busiest doors, the heavier piles work hardest: MC-2200 (700 g/m² nylon, 7mm) and MC-2300 (950 g/m² nylon, 8mm, our heaviest). For covered entrances and lower traffic, MC-2450 (450 g/m², 5mm) and MC-2000 (600 g/m², 6mm) are lighter and easier to lift and clean.
Every mat is made to order: tufting, backing coating, printing, cutting, vulcanising the rubber bottom, needle inspection, then a final check and packing. Send your logo and the entrance size; we return a free digital proof before anything is produced.

Yes, the outdoor construction is intended for continuous outdoor use at covered and open entrances.
For exposed doors with heavy traffic, MC-2200 (700 g/m², 7mm) or MC-2300 (950 g/m², 8mm). The extra pile holds more dirt and water, and the extra weight keeps the mat flat. For covered entrances, MC-2450 or MC-2000 is usually enough.
Up to 12 colours on MC-2450 and MC-2000. MC-2200 and MC-2300 have no colour limit, so gradients and photographic artwork work too. We match colours to your Pantone references.
